Terms and conditions

1. General

These general terms and conditions determine the operation of the online store Junai d.o.o., the user's rights and obligations, and the business relationship between the provider and the user or customer. The provider operates the online store in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.

2. Accessibility of information

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

• company information (name, headquarters, contact)

• essential product characteristics

• product price, including taxes

• delivery costs

• terms and deadlines for payment and delivery

• conditions on withdrawing from contractual obligations and and returns

• explanation of the complaint procedure

• availability of products

3. Ordering and purchase process

Purchasing in the online store is possible as a registered user or as a guest. The buyer selects products, adds them to the cart and completes the purchase by entering personal data and choosing a payment method. After placing the order, he receives a confirmation by email.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include 9.5% VAT. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation.

5. Payment methods

Payment is possible with bank cards via the secure Stripe payment system, via Apple Pay and Google Pay, and, in Slovenia, payment on delivery. Other payment methods are currently not enabled.

6. Delivery

Ordered products are delivered by the Post of Slovenia. The delivery cost is displayed at the end of the order. Delivery is free for subscriptions and for individual orders above €100. The usual delivery time is 1–3 working days after order confirmation. The provider does not assume responsibility for packages lost by the logistics service, except in cases of the provider's fault.

7. Right to withdraw from the contract

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving their goods without the need to provide any reason. Withdrawal from the contract is exercised by means of an unambiguous statement sent to the email address [email protected].

The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and unopened in the original packaging. The return costs are covered by the customer. The purchase price is refunded no later than 14 days after receiving the return.

8. Material defects and complaints

In the event of a material defect, the customer has the right to request the correction of the defect, a replacement of the product, or a refund of the purchase price. The customer must notify the provider of the defect within 2 months of its discovery. We will accept complaints exclusively via email at [email protected].

9. Liability

The products on junai.life are dietary supplements and are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. Use is at your own risk. The provider is not responsible for incorrect use of the products, failure to follow instructions, or individual reactions to the ingredients.

10. Ingredients and compliance

The products comply with the applicable legislation in the Republic of Slovenia and have been tested.

The customer agrees to have checked the content and details of the products and the provider is not responsible for the customer's ignorance.

10. Protection of personal data

The data provided during purchase are processed exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order and delivery. You can read more about this in the Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute resolution

The provider and the buyer will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this proves impossible, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.

12. Final provisions

These general terms and conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the website. Junai d.o.o. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, which shall be published on this page and shall enter into force immediately.
