Your satisfaction is our number one priority, which is why we endeavor to make sure that all Junai products are top quality. But, since not everything goes according to plan, you of course have the right to return or replace our products if they don't meet your satisfaction.
How do I make a return?
If your order is less than perfect, let us know within 14 days of receiving it by sending a mail to [email protected]. Include:
Order ID no.
Name of the product you are returning
Reason for the return (purely informative, so we can know how to improve)
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. When we receive the return and process it, we'll refund your purchase price in the same way it was paid.
Where do I send the return?
We will send you the address for returns in the confirmation email we send. You bear the cost of the return unless we sent you the wrong product or a damaged one – in that case we cover the cost.
What if the product is damaged?
Yeah, that's not cool at all. If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 3 days, including:
Order ID no.
Photograph of the damage
Short written description of the problem.
We will work immediately to provide you with a solution – either a refund or a replacement.
