Orders usually go out the same day. Then our logistics provider normally needs 1-2 business days for deliveries within Slovenia. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number
In My Junai, choose "My orders", where you can view the history of all your past orders, including the status of current shipments and other details. You'll find your subscriptions under "My subscriptions".
Under the tab "My profile", you can change, add, or remove delivery addresses. If you already placed an order and need to change the address, write to us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be successful in changing the intended address before our logistics service completes the delivery, but we will certainly try.
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package is shipped. You can also track shipment status under My Orders.
The logistical service will get in touch and attempt to deliver your package again, or will leave it for you in an official drop-box.
Of course. In the My Orders tab, look up your purchase history and click "Repeat purchase".
Simple: pick the product you want, add it to your cart, enter your shipping information, and click confirm. No complications. You can also click on Change to subscription and ensure a permanent supply of your favorite Junai.
