- 6 gOrganic Turmeric Golden Revival
- 200 goat flakes
- 60 galmonds
- 3 tbsppumpkin seeds
- 3 tbspcoconut flakes
- 1 tspground cinnamon
- pinchblack pepper
- pinchsalt
- 4 tbspmaple syrup
- 3 tbspcoconut oil
- To serve
- 150 gcoconut yogurt

Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, coarsely chopped almonds, seeds, coconut, turmeric, cinnamon, pepper and salt.
- Melt the coconut oil, mix it with the syrup and pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Spread on the baking tray and bake 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Let it cool – it becomes crunchy as it cools.
- Serve with yogurt.
Recipe makes 6 servings (1 serving ≈ 60 g granola = 1 g turmeric). Store it in a sealed jar for up to 2 weeks.
