Coconut golden rice with peas

- 4 gOrganic Turmeric Golden Revival
- 150 gbasmati rice
- 200 mlcoconut milk
- 150 mlwater
- ½ pconion
- 1 clovegarlic
- 1 tspcoconut oil
- 100 gfrozen peas
- pinchsalt
- pinchblack pepper
- To serve
- ½ pclime (juice)

Method
- Rinse the rice in a sieve until the water runs clear.
- In coconut oil, sauté the chopped onion for 3 minutes, add the garlic and turmeric, and stir for half a minute.
- Add the rice, coconut milk, water and salt, bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 12 minutes.
- Stir in the peas, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Before serving, season with pepper and drizzle with lime juice.
Tip: You can serve this rice with roasted vegetables or tofu.
