Ingredients · 4 servings
- 8 gOrganic Ashwagandha Serene State
- 150 gsoft pitted dates
- 80 galmonds
- 30 ggluten-free oat flakes
- 2 tbspcocoa powder
- 1 tbspalmond butter
- pinchsalt
- To serve
- 2 tbspcoconut flakes

Method
- Pulse almonds and rolled oats in a food processor into coarse crumbs.
- Add dates, cocoa, ashwagandha, butter and salt and mix until the mixture sticks together (add a tablespoon of water if needed).
- Shape into 12 equal balls and roll them in coconut flakes.
- Chill for 30 minutes. In a sealed container they keep in the fridge for 5 days.
1 serving = 3 balls = 2 g ashwagandha. The balls are intended for adults – store them out of reach of children.
