Terms & Conditions of the “1+1” Promotion
1. Organizer of the Promotion
The organizer of the promotional campaign “1+1” is Junai d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, the operator of the online store junai.life (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).
2. Duration of the Promotion
The promotion is valid from April 1, 2026, until April 21, 2026 (inclusive), or while stocks last, unless decided otherwise by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion early or extend its duration at its sole discretion.
3. Scope of the Promotion
The promotion applies exclusively to purchases made via the online store junai.life and its subpages.
4. Promotion Mechanics
Under the “1+1” promotion, when purchasing two products from the same promotional group, the customer receives a discount on the second identical product as follows:
Junai HER: 65% discount on the second HER product
Junai HIM: 60% discount on the second HIM product
Junai SLIM: 50% discount on the second SLIM product
Example: When purchasing two HER products, the second HER product is discounted by 65%.
The first product is always charged at the regular price.
The discount is applied automatically in the cart, provided all promotion conditions are met.
5. Eligibility Conditions
The customer qualifies for the promotional discount if, during the promotion period, they add a predefined promotional bundle (pair of identical products) to the cart.
The promotion is valid only for the following combinations:
HER + HER
HIM + HIM
SLIM + SLIM
The promotion does not apply to mixed combinations, such as HER + HIM, HER + SLIM, or HIM + SLIM, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Organizer.
Promotion does not apply for subscription.
When purchasing multiple units of the same product, the discount applies to every second item within each pair, in accordance with the applicable discount percentage.
6. Discount Calculation
If the customer purchases two identical products from the same promotional group, the discount applies to the second product.
If more than two units are purchased, the promotion is applied in pairs. In the case of an odd number of items, the discount applies only to paired products, while the remaining item is charged at the regular or otherwise applicable price.
If two products within a pair have different prices, the discount is applied to the lower-priced item.
7. Exclusions
This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, coupons, bundles, gift cards, or special offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude certain products from the promotion if clearly indicated on the website.
8. Availability
The promotion is valid for the stated period or while supplies last.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion early in the event of stock depletion or other objective reasons.
9. Returns and Refunds
If the customer withdraws from the contract or returns one of the two products purchased under the “1+1” promotion, the refund will be calculated based on the actual discount applied.
This means that the customer is no longer entitled to the promotional discount for the pair. The retained product will be recalculated at the regular price, and the refund will reflect the actual amount paid for the returned item.
If both products are returned, the customer will receive a refund equal to the total amount paid.

10. Delivery, Collection, and Payment
Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the Organizer’s general terms and conditions. However, the Organizer is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring after the shipment has been handed over to the delivery service.
If the customer fails to collect the shipment and it is returned to the Organizer, the order is considered unfulfilled by the customer. In such cases, the customer is no longer entitled to reorder under the promotional terms if the promotion has already ended.
Any subsequent order placed after the promotion period will be charged at the then-current prices.
If a payment method is selected where payment is not made immediately (e.g. bank transfer, Cash on delivery...), the order must be fully paid before the end of the promotion period. Otherwise, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the order or process it at regular prices without applying the promotional discount.
Promotional terms apply only to orders that are both placed and paid within the promotion period.
In case of obvious pricing errors or system malfunctions, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
11. Technical Issues
The Organizer is not responsible for technical disruptions, errors in the operation of the online store, or temporary unavailability of the website.
The customer is responsible for verifying that the discount has been correctly applied in the cart before completing the purchase.
12. Amendments to the Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for technical, commercial, or legal reasons.
All changes will be published on the website and will become effective upon publication.
13. Final Provisions
Any matters not explicitly governed by these Terms shall be subject to the general terms and conditions of the online store junai.life and the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
